A friend of mine was waiting tables in a restaurant in Nashville a few years back and saw Jason Mewes (Jay of "Jay and Silent Bob") sitting alone at the bar. She said he looked horrible and barely even recognized him even though she was a big fan of "Strike Back". Maybe this explains why.
Kevin Smith is posting, bit by bit, the story of Mewes battle with drug addiction on his blog. If you've ever liked any of Smith's movies you'll love his writing. Too bad it's about such a sad subject.
